Interview With a.......

son.
Yes. J is 5 in this pic. He is presently 8 and soon to be 9. But this boy is on the move and remembering to grab the camera and get a shot of just him wasn't happening. Besides...like the rocket on his head, time is flying and I just can't believe how quickly my first born is growing up. Gosh, he is stinkin' cute.

I think the 2 biggest things I've learned about my children from doing this is how small their world is, and how quickly it is changing before them. I plan on doing this once a year or so, but even if I asked these same questions next month I know that most of their answers would be different. Where is that time in a bottle?

I love this! I love our sweet boys that are in such a beautiful time in their lives. I know that I will look back at this and be so thankful that I just pushed pause on him and asked him those questions. Thanks again for the idea!

That's our lover boy, so D's idea of homeschooling when in HS might need some thinking or a very tight rope.

mel, this is awesome. i love how you can tell that J is such a little lover and that physical touch/affection is so important to him--all the hugs from E, wrestling with daddy, kisses from mommy. totally sweet and special. and i love that he wants Bambi for a pet. xoxo

This is a fun idea and a great keepsake for you. Can't believe he's so big - I remember when you pregnant w/ him. :) xoox
